Discovery Kidz
Kids are an important part of our ministry focus here at Discovery because statistics tell us that when we are young we develop patterns that stay with us into adulthood. Our desire is for every child to experience the life changing power of having a relationship with Jesus in an environment that is safe, supportive, and fun!
Our Purpose:
"Discovery Kidz exists to help parents establish a strong spiritual foundation for their children, that, in God’s time, will lead to a relationship with Jesus."
Nursery/Preschool
In the nursery/preschool area children from birth to kindergarten are welcomed into a secure, kid-friendly environment. Age appropriate stories and activities introduce children to Jesus and other heroes from the Bible, and help them understand and apply what it means to be one of God's kids!
Kidmo
Kidmo is our ministry for our children in 1st - 5th grade. In this exciting and high energy environment, your child will experience creative Biblical teaching, rockin' songs, and team competitions that reinforce the theme for the day. There is also small group interaction time where relationships are fostered and materials are given to the kids for additional application at home.
Volunteer
We are continually looking for caring individuals who are passionate about seeing kids connected to Christ. Discovery Kidz operates on a team basis with a rotating schedule. If you would like more information about getting plugged in please contact Jenni Olges.
