Discovery Small Groups
Healthy friendships are a major focus at Discovery Church because we see the value in having deep and signficant relationships as something that God desires for each of us. Within the church family there are several types of groups to choose from, but the goal for each is the same...to experience God's presence in a life changing way.
Some groups are organized around a ministry goal, but have elements of fun, laughter, caring, and support with occasional study. Other groups are centered around exploring various Biblical topics as it relates to real life and do so in an engaging way that encourages ideas and insights from within the group.
Small groups are a great place to really connect to the church community and forge some lasting friendships along the way! All it takes to get plugged in to a group is a commitment to coming when the group meets and a desire to look after those within the group in the same way you would like to be cared for.
Our groups are growing and expanding and there are new ones being formed as the needs of the church family change. If you would like to get into a group, want to see about starting your own, or if you have questions about what to expect in a group you are considering joining, then ask one of the church leadership to assit you or you can call at your convienence (281) 652-6039.
